About Bill "William" Thode
Attorney Thode is the founder of Legacy Law Partners. Over the past 26 years, he has advised and represented hundreds of individuals, couples, and families helping them design and preserve their legacies, protect their wealth, and minimize taxes with highly-customized estate plans and other legal tools.
Education & Experience
Bill received his Juris Doctorate from The George Washington University Law School in Washington, D.C. and received special recognition for his trial advocacy skills, which he has continued to demonstrate in his career of more than 25 years. He has practiced law in Colorado since 1997.
Before attending law school, Bill graduated cum laude from the University of Colorado at Denver with a Bachelor of Science in Economics.

Personal Life
Mr. Thode lives in Highlands Ranch, Colorado with his wife, Fabiola, and his youngest of four children, Alexandra. He is a proud member of Cherry Hills Community Church and enjoys working out and discussing religion, politics and current events in his spare time. He also writes jazz/rock music and occasionally performs in various Denver venues.
